Depending on how your course materials are organized, your course may open to a course home page or to another page, such as Course Documents. You can set which page appears as the opening page or course entry point for your course.
Here is an example of a course home page:
You access the content by clicking:
Links on a course page
Navigation buttons in the course menu on the left
Links on the course map, which you access by clicking Course Map
Links on the control panel, which you access by clicking Control Panel
Within your course, you can also click the links at the top of the page to move from page to page. These links appear below the banner on all but the My CourseCompass Page:

To collapse the course navigation buttons, click the Collapse button in the top-left corner. You will be able to navigate through your course materials via the Course Map.
To redisplay the course navigation buttons, click the Expand button (forward arrow).
In the top-right corner, you can use the following links:
Courses: goes back to the My CourseCompass page
Help: opens CourseCompass online Help
About: goes to www.coursecompass.com
Account Summary: lets you manage your Pearson account
Logout: ends your session and exits from CourseCompass
