Listing users in a course

You can list all the students in your course or just the students in a specific group.

To list all the students (users) in your course:

  1. Click the course name on the My CourseCompass page.

  2. Click Control Panel.

  3. Click List/Modify Users under User Management.

  4. Click the List All tab, then click the List All button.

Note: If you have many users in your course, this step may take a few moments to process.

  1. View the list of users returned.

For each user, CourseCompass displays the person's role in the course, name, user name (CourseCompass login name), and e-mail address. To send an e-mail message to a student, click his or her address. A blank message addressed to that person opens in another window.

You can also manage student status or enable section instructors access from the List view.
