Making features available

You can specify which Virtual Classroom features are available to active students and which are available to passive students.

To do so:

1. Enter the Virtual Classroom.

2. Click Controls in the toolbar at the top of the window.

3. Select or deselect the following features for each type of user:

• Chat

• Private Messaging

• Course Map

• Whiteboard

• Group Browser

• Ask Question

• Question Inbox

4. Click OK.
