Viewing information about session participants

You can view information about any participant currently logged in to a Chat session. To do so:

1. Enter the Chat session.

2. Select the name of the person whose information you want to view.

3. Click User Info.

Note: Available user information may include the person's name, e-mail address, or other information that the user has chosen to add to his or her profile.
