Filtering and searching for collaboration sessions

You can apply a filter on the Collaboration Sessions page to view only sessions that meet your criteria. Alternatively, you can search for a session by name, by start date, or by end date.

• To apply a filter:

1. Click the course name on the My CourseCompass page.

2. Click Control Panel.

3. Click Collaboration under Course Tools.

4. Select one of the following options in the Filter drop-down list:

• Show All – Displays all the Collaboration Sessions.

• Available Sessions – Displays all the sessions that are currently running.

• Sessions with Recordings – Displays completed sessions that have a recording available.

• Future Sessions – Displays sessions scheduled to take place in the future.

5. Click GO.

• To search for a session:

1. Click the course name on the My CourseCompass page.

2. Click Control Panel.

3. Click Collaboration under Course Tools.

4. Select Session Name, Start Date, or End Date above the Search box.

5. Enter a value to serve as your criterion.

6. Click Search.
