Modifying archives

You can add threads to a Discussion Board archive or change the archive's descriptive information. To do so:

1. Enter the Discussion Board forum.

2. Click Archives.

3. Click Modify next to the archive you want to edit.

4. Edit the archive name, description, text format, or availability, as necessary.

5. Select the check box for each thread you want to add to the archive.

6. Click Submit.
