Test Session

   Set time limit

      Maximum minutes allowed

      Warn student when remaining minutes

Enforces a limit on the amount of time a student can spend taking the test

Disabled by default

Note: The TestGen test is automatically submitted to the CourseCompass gradebook when the time limit is up, whether or not the student has completed the test.

Allow students to take this test more than once

Permits students to take the test as many times as they want for as long as the test is available

Disabled by default

Important: Unless you enable this option, you should notify your students beforehand that they have one opportunity to take the test. Once students click the test link, CourseCompass regards that as a test-taking attempt—even if the student does not complete the test. Students do not receive a warning message that they have one opportunity to take the test when they click the link to take the test.

Lets you specify a case-sensitive password students must enter before they are allowed into the test

Test Presentation

Note:
Your students must be using Version 3.0 or higher of the TestGen plug-in to report tutorial results to the gradebook.

Test Review

Lets students see the correct answers when they review the test

      Allow student to print

Note: Under Test Scoring, the total number of points on the test and the total number of questions on the test appear. These values are static; you cannot modify them from this page. To change point values or add questions to a TestGen test, you must modify the test in the TestGen application.
