Modifying TestGen test descriptors

You can modify a TestGen test name, description, and instructions from inside CourseCompass.

To modify the TestGen test descriptors:

1. Click the course name on the My CourseCompass page.

2. Click Control Panel.

3. Click TestGen Manager under Assessment.

4. Click Modify next to the test you want to modify.

5. Click Modify to the right of the section that lists the test name, description, and instructions.

6. Edit the test name, description, and instructions, then click Submit.

7. Click Browse.

8. Locate and select the test file, then click Open.

9. Click Submit.

Notes:  

• You can also modify test-taking options and download a TestGen test so you can modify the test content in the TestGen application.

• You can also modify TestGen test descriptors by clicking Modify next to the test in the content area where it appears, clicking Modify the test, and performing steps 4 through 9.
