Adding a Text Block

To add a text block to a self-assessment survey:

1. Navigate to the Add/Modify Text Block page from a self-assessment survey.

Note: If you need help navigating to your self-assessment survey, refer to: Adding items to a self-assessment survey.

2. Enter question text in the Question Text textbox.

3. Use the Set the number of rows that will display in the answer field drop-down list to specify the number of rows that will appear in the Answer field of the self-assessment survey.

4. Click Submit. The question is created and you are returned to the Self-Assessment Survey Canvas.
